Choke Manifolds

WOM specializes in the design and manufacture of manifold systems for use in well test operations with pressure ratings up to 20,000 psi.

Solid Block Flowhead

WOM's solid block flowheads incorporate a solid block valve body, an upper swabbing valve, a kill line valve, and a hydraulically actuated flow line valve. Located below the main valve block is a high axial thrust tubing swivel that allows tool string rotation during operations while under pressure. WOM's solid block flowheads feature Magnum Gate Valves that provide metal-to-metal sealing. Flow and kill outlets are angled downward to conserve space; Fully assembled and tested prior to shipment; Custom designed removable crash guard gives added protection.

Wireline Cutting Valve

WOM's wireline cutting valve is a hydraulically actuated, solid block gate valve used for offshore wireline operations. Compact size allows unit to be lowered through the access hatch for connection to the production tree. Capable of cutting braided line or slickline up to 7/32" with single point cut that ensures reliable seal after cutting.

Surface Safety Valves

WOM's Surface Safety Valve is a hydraulically actuated fail safe close Magnum gate valve used in offshore well testing, perforating and wireline operations. Skid mounted and enclosed in a protective metal frame. Compact size requires less rig floor space. Optional Hydraulic Control Panel is equipped with Emergency Shut Down (ESD) system that is activated if rig air supply is lost, sounding alarm and closing the valve.
